The Success of two young entrepreneur's
Above is the company car which was my primary source of transportation!
This past week I was hired to make a day in the life video of PJ Braun and Aaron Singerman the two entrepreneur's of their successful supplement company's Prime Nutrition and Blackstone Labs.Blackstone Labs is focused on the nutrition of the serious bodybuilder or athlete, trying to get an advantage on the competition, while Prime Nutrition is focused on the masses who want to step their game up in the fitness world. Both companies operate under the same warehouse roof.
Company Meetings
What you see here is a small portion of their team that makes up this new company. In the center is Aaron Singerman CEO, and on his left is PJ Braun President with his VP and IT team on the his right.
Meetings consist of reports of daily, weekly, monthly sales from various sources and tracking softwares for their websites. They went over the logistics of their sales and what their projected increase would be over time. After following them for four days, I realized their best ideas do not come from this formal type of meeting. Their best ideas come from inspiration and motivation on their own. These men are driven by their own desire to succeed. They are given creative freedom to problem solve and to come up with new ideas for the company. The meeting you see here is simply used to discuss whats already happening and what they expect to happen. They dabble a little with new ideas but most of that is done privately with Singerman, and Braun.
Company's new toy
They recently purchased a drone for further video projects for their brand. But what was more important than the drone itself was how they got everyone excited about the new piece of equipment by making everyone part of it. There was no requirement for them to show up but everyone was invited to stop what they were doing to check out this new addition to the company. Singerman and Braun even gave them the opportunity to fly it which was a brave move since this is actually the second drone they purchased, the first one broke on day one. What makes this a note worthy experience is the ability for all the employees to have fun. Don't get me wrong when it's go time they all work hard. But they do their best to keep a fun atmosphere around their work.

Making time to stay fit
The first image is PJ Braun and his wife Celeste Braun using their personal cardio machines in the morning. The next two images are Aaron Singerman and wife Darielle Singerman working out at night time. No matter how hectic life get's for the two couples they always make time to stay fit. Their commitment to stay in shape no matter what is a common trait between all of their employees. After speaking with the whole team, it became clear that personal fitness is a huge part of their lives.
In conclusion here are four actions the company follows which gives them the edge over their competition.
